We are honored to provide live entertainment in celebration of Mosaic Medical completing 20 years of service to the community! We fully support this equity-based, holistic approach to health care and we hope to see Mosaic continue and expand its service for years to come.

Mosaic Medical is a nonprofit community health center providing quality care for all in Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Madras. Mosaic reaches beyond the boundaries of traditional medicine by bringing multiple services together in our health centers. Our patients benefit from coordinated team-based care that addresses all aspects of their physical, mental and social health.
